An identical prompt traveling through raw and SERV reasoning paths for comparison
The Playground is the easiest way to compare outputs. For a code-based comparison, send one normal request and one request with the x-openserv-disable-braid: true header. The header bypasses SERV reasoning for that request and bills the request at the upstream tier. It is useful for an experiment or fallback path, not as a replacement for normal feature configuration.
Compare task success, failure rate, latency, token usage, and total cost—not only one impressive response. Keep the model, input, system prompt, tools, and sampling settings identical between runs. Run enough examples to include normal, edge, incomplete, and adversarial cases.
